Thousands of SKUs, wholesale pricing and CAD/USD selling in one storefront
We built a deep mega-menu taxonomy, a wholesale account portal and Canada and US markets, keeping navigation fast across the full catalog.
Shopify Plus Partner since 2019
OUXP is a Shopify Plus engineering agency for enterprise, mid-market and fast-growing brands that sell on Shopify, or want to move there from Magento, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce or WooCommerce. One senior team migrates, builds and fixes your store, makes it faster and better at converting, connects it to your ERP, CRM and 3PL, and adds AI where it saves hours. Work with us on a single project, a monthly retainer, a dedicated engineer or the 24/7 emergency line.

| What is happening | Where to start |
|---|---|
| The store is down, checkout fails or payments stopped | Emergency support – or call +1 (818) 651-3226 now |

| Traffic grows, but orders don’t | Conversion rate optimization – an audit first, then A/B tests |

| Your theme can’t do what your merchandising needs | Theme customization – small changes from $500 |
| You need custom logic: discounts, checkout rules, B2B pricing or selling in several markets | Shopify Plus development |
| Your team repeats the same manual task every day, or an app almost fits | App & automation development |
| You want a fully custom storefront, or one Shopify backend behind your website, mobile app and other channels | Headless commerce – only when a theme can’t do the job |

| Support tickets or catalog content eat hours every week | AI commerce solutions |
| Magento, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce or WooCommerce is holding the team back | Migration to Shopify Plus – start with a free migration assessment |

Several of these at once? Fix the most urgent one first – we plan the rest after.
Not on the list? Describe the problemOne senior team covers all twelve services below and every migration path, so the engineers who fix your checkout this month can build next quarter’s integration – without a handover to another vendor.
Features Shopify doesn’t ship with: discount, shipping and payment rules in Shopify Functions, checkout extensions, B2B and multi-market setups.
New sections and templates, fixes for fragile themes and redesigns, built in a preview theme. Small changes from $500.
Custom apps built only for your store, public App Store apps, and automation for the manual jobs your team repeats.
Hydrogen or Next.js storefronts on the Storefront API – recommended only when a theme can’t do the job, with the long-term cost in the proposal.
A conversion audit with analytics checked against Shopify’s order data, a quick-wins sprint, then hypothesis-led A/B tests. Winning variants ship as production code.
Faster pages by fixing the causes – app bloat, legacy theme code, heavy media and render-blocking scripts – with green Core Web Vitals as the target. Typically 2–4 weeks.
Speed, code, technical SEO, conversion, apps and security reviewed for $2,500 flat. A report ranked by impact × effort in 5 business days.
AI for customer support, catalog content, merchandising and internal tools – starting with an assessment of which tasks it can take off your team.
Shopify connected to your ERP, CRM, PIM, warehouse and 3PL, so orders, stock and customer data match – with safe retries, failure alerts and documentation.
An extension of your team: a monthly block of engineering hours for new features, fixes, QA and platform maintenance, plus regular strategy calls, on three tiers from $2,500/month.
A senior Shopify engineer embedded in your Slack, sprints and repositories, full-time or half-time. You meet the engineer before you commit.
Store down, checkout or payments failing, an app conflict, a theme update to roll back or a sudden slowdown? The emergency line is open 24/7, and you don’t need to be a client to call.
Typical bands shown. Every migration follows the same structured process – data, URLs and integrations mapped first, then a rehearsed cutover for minimal downtime. The free assessment places your store in a band; the price and timeline are fixed in writing before work starts, and SEO preservation is always included.
Choose by how much of the work is known up front and how fast you need answers. You can switch later – for example, from a one-time emergency to a retainer once the store is stable.
01
One piece of work with a clear finish line: a build, a redesign, an integration, an audit or a migration. Best when you can describe the result up front.
02
Our team works through your list of fixes, improvements and tests every month – you buy outcomes, not a person. Best when the work never stops but doesn’t need someone full-time.
03
A specific senior engineer joins your Slack, sprints and repositories, with the OUXP team covering absences and specialist work. Best when you set your own product direction and need daily capacity.
04
Something is broken now and costing sales. You don’t need to be a client.
Still deciding between a project, a retainer and a dedicated engineer? Tell an engineer what the store needs and get a recommendation.
Two stores whose needs no standard theme covered – B2B pricing in two currencies and a trade-only channel – then three merchants describing the work in their own words, from CRO fixes to a store migration.
Thousands of SKUs, wholesale pricing and CAD/USD selling in one storefront
We built a deep mega-menu taxonomy, a wholesale account portal and Canada and US markets, keeping navigation fast across the full catalog.
A trade-only channel with gated pricing, sample orders and custom requests
We built trade applications with approval, logged-in-only pricing, a sample order flow and a custom-request pipeline straight to the print studio.
“We brought in OUXP for some CRO fixes and theme/app compatibility issues, and they absolutely overdelivered. They didn't just patch things - they tracked down the real root causes, cleaned up our theme and got all the key apps working together smoothly. The store works faster, more solid, and we're seeing a clear bump in conversions.”
About this project
Brief: CRO fixes plus theme and app conflicts on a live store. Related service: conversion rate optimization.
“…We have had some complex needs on our site, where other developers have said it could not be done. ‘Outstanding Experience’ has been able to get it done every time.”
About this project
‘Outstanding Experience’ in the quote is OUXP’s full name. We built Wall Snobs’ trade-only storefront: gated trade accounts, member-only per-square-foot pricing, sample ordering and a custom-request pipeline to their print studio. Read the Wall Snobs case study
“OUXP was highly communicative and quick to respond. Store migration is successfully done by a top-notch team on Shopify. They met the requirements and provided high-quality work, just as requested.”
About this project
Brief: a store migration to Shopify, delivered to the agreed requirements. Related: migration to Shopify Plus – start with a free migration assessment.
Six steps for every project and retainer task, from a two-week speed fix to a six-month build. Emergencies are the exception: we stabilize the store first, then trace the root cause – see how emergency support works.
We read the store, code and data before proposing anything, and ask what has already been tried.
A written scope with priorities and milestones, ordered by commercial impact and effort, so the highest-impact work goes first.
Work happens in a preview theme or staging, in reviewable steps. Nothing touches the live store until you approve it.
We check every journey the change affects – checkout, apps and integrations included – on desktop and mobile.
A controlled release with a rollback plan, then a close watch on orders, errors and speed.
We compare the result with what was agreed and decide the next step with you.
Six things that stay the same whichever service you start with – a two-week speed fix, a monthly retainer or a six-month migration.
We have built commerce since 2011, from enterprise Magento installs to Shopify Plus B2B. Large catalogs, several markets and ERP connections are everyday work, not edge cases.

AI tooling speeds up data mapping, test writing, code review and QA, and automates repetitive tasks, so engineer hours go to the decisions. A senior engineer reviews every AI-assisted change before it ships.
Hands-on with Magento 1 and 2, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, so a migration starts from how your store really works – its data, URLs and custom logic.
Every build has a speed budget: the pages a change touches must score no worse on Core Web Vitals afterwards than before. We test both sides of the change and rework anything that slows the store.
An engineer – not a salesperson – replies within 30–60 minutes during business hours. Scope and price come in writing before work starts, and nothing goes live without your approval.

Retainers run month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, a dedicated engineer can join your team, and the code is always yours. Many clients stay for years, so the engineers fixing your store already know its code.
Each industry breaks in its own places. Pick yours to see what we usually build for it.
Emergency support
Commerce engineers, not a help desk. Every request gets a first response within 30–60 minutes during business hours. Retainer clients with the 24/7 emergency add-on are covered around the clock. Not a client yet? Call anyway.

Not for most work – we work with standard Shopify and Shopify Plus. Theme work, performance, CRO, integrations, retainers and emergency support work on any plan. Plus is needed to customize the information, shipping and payment steps of checkout, to run Shopify Functions in a custom app, and for the full B2B feature set – though since April 2, 2026 core B2B works on every paid plan. As of October 2026, Plus starts at $2,300/month on a three-year term or $2,500/month on a one-year term. See the Shopify Plus pricing guide.
Shopify and Shopify Plus are the platforms we build on. We also work hands-on with Magento 1 and 2, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce and WooCommerce – mostly to migrate stores from them to Shopify Plus, and for emergency fixes on stores still running there, including stores halfway through a migration. Each move has its own migration path with a timeline, and the migration cost guide lists the price bands.
Yes – the same senior team moves stores to Shopify Plus from five platforms. A migration typically takes 3–12 weeks from BigCommerce or WooCommerce, and 8–24+ weeks from Magento, Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Catalog structure, integrations, custom logic and design scope decide where a store lands. The free migration assessment places your store in a band within 2 business days, and the timeline and price are fixed in writing before work starts. Your current store keeps trading while we build, and the cutover is rehearsed beforehand, so downtime stays minimal.
Yes – many engagements work exactly this way. We join your repositories, review process and sprint cadence, either as a dedicated engineer embedded in your team or with our team owning defined workstreams such as integrations or checkout. Your team sees every change in review, nothing reaches the live store without approval, and you own all of the code.
Yes. The emergency line, +1 (818) 651-3226, is open 24/7. During business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–9 PM ET) every request gets a first response within 30–60 minutes. Outside them, retainer clients with 24/7 coverage (the emergency add-on, or included on the Dedicated tier) get a first response within 2 hours, around the clock. One-time requests outside business hours are answered as engineers are available, so call rather than email. One-time emergency work costs $250/hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Yes – custom apps built only for your operations, and public apps for the Shopify App Store. Typical builds cover what existing apps almost do: custom bundling, inventory logic, ERP and CRM connections and workflow automation. If a maintained app or a Shopify Flow automation already does the job, we will say so, because a custom app is code you keep maintaining. More on app and automation development.
Yes – it is the most common case. When the cause is clear, we scope the fix directly. When it isn’t – an intermittent error, or a slow page with several suspects – a store audit comes first: $2,500 flat, with a written report ranked by impact × effort in 5 business days that you can share with any developer. Next steps are usually Core Web Vitals work, CRO, theme clean-up or a monthly retainer.
In two ways. In delivery, AI tooling speeds up data mapping, automated testing, code review and QA, and an engineer reviews every AI-assisted output before it ships. For clients, we build AI features where they save work: support automation, search, merchandising, catalog content and internal tools. Where a rules-based automation does the job – tagging orders or routing tasks – we use that instead and call it automation, not AI.
Tell us what is happening with your store and where it needs to go. An engineer – not a salesperson – replies within 30–60 minutes during business hours with a suggested first step.
